Engineering

PAPCEL provides:

  • Make-up of complete order design - drawings, foundation plans, machinery 3D-models, manufacturing and operation documentation, cabling lists, bases for documentation of electrics, inner manufacturing process management;
  • Coordination of works with sub-contractors of machinery, control systems, electrics, construction and other engineering works;
  • Checking of assemblies, measuring, trials, laboratory tests in the PAPCEL test room;
  • Erection check-up at the customers' site, technological assistance;
  • Putting machinery into operation, trial run assistance, sampling, measuring, operators' training, guarantee tests;
  • Elaboration of complete project documentation, co-managing building operations, complete EPC services;
  • P&ID diagrams, 3D models in the .dwf formate, layout drawings, foundation plans, designing steel structures and pedestals, designing of tanks, pipeline drawings, lists of material, machinery, equipment, pumps and fittings.

A. Preliminary engineering/Feasibility study
  • Pre-project phase (feasibility study assessment)
  • Definition of scope of project works depenindg on the extent of the investment concept
  • Elaboration of reports on project environmental impacts (EIA, IPPC etc.)
  • Design of connections to utility grids, various power sources, general feasibility
